The SAFER Club’s Hello Sunday Morning Sober October program is a fun alcohol free challenge for sport club members across Kildare Town.
This challenge integrates elements from a number of popular alcohol free programs to offer participants a SAFER Alcohol Free Challenge which is sure to be fun, rewarding, while at times tough with plenty of activities and learnings along the way, all supported by our team of leaders and coaches.
So what have you got to lose, apart from some weight, foggy head hangovers, and wasting money that could be going toward that well deserved break, personal treat or donation to charity. That is right going alcohol free has proven to lose weight, save money, improve overall health and wellbeing, as well as personal and family relationships.
This five step program will consist of an initial induction under the SAFER steps and will also involve Sunday morning outdoor (covid guideline compliant) group activities as well as midweek online check-in sessions with supporting workbook.
